1. The resume/insertion or information/data fed by the user can be updated by the user alone, free of cost.

2. E Job Ocean Online Services LLP offers neither guarantee nor any warranty that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all, once the resume/insertion or information/data is fed by the user.

3. E Job Ocean Online Services LLP neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials, bona fides, status or otherwise of the prospective employer/organization which downloads the resume/insertion or information/data and uses it to contact the user.

4. E Job Ocean Online Services LLP would not be held liable for loss of any data, technical or otherwise, or of the resume/insertion or information/data or particulars supplied by the user due to acts of God or reasons beyond its control such as data corruption, delays, strikes, riots, civil unrest, government policies, tampering by hackers, DDoS attacks, virus attacks, war, or natural calamities.

5. It is the sole responsibility of the user to check the authenticity of all or any response received. E Job Ocean Online Services LLP assumes no responsibility and expressly disclaims any liability for any act, deed, or thing done by the user pursuant to the receipt of a response.

6. Uploading of multiple resumes beyond a reasonable limit by the same individual using the same or different accounts may lead to removal of the resumes without notice.

7. This service is only meant for candidates seeking suitable jobs. Commercial usage is prohibited.

8. E Job Ocean Online Services LLP reserves the right to reject and delete any resume/insertion or information/data fed in by the user without assigning any reason.

9. This free service entitles only the original user to add/modify/change data. It does not entitle use for another person’s data under the same entry.

10. E Job Ocean Online Services LLP reserves the right to edit resumes to fit its database.

11. The subscriber will be assigned a password. The subscriber is solely responsible for safeguarding it. E Job Ocean Online Services LLP is not responsible for misuse or data loss due to password leaks.

12. The user is responsible for setting privacy settings. E Job Ocean Online Services LLP is not responsible if data is accessed by parties not blocked by the user.

13. Even if your profile is marked unsearchable, a snapshot may be visible when logged in to your ejobocean.com account.

14. E Job Ocean Online Services LLP will try to uphold privacy settings but is not responsible if a blocked user sees the resume. For complete privacy, do not make the resume searchable.

15. The user represents they are not a minor or legally restricted and are not purchasing services for resale without prior written consent.

16. All changes made by the user will take effect within 24–48 hours.

17. The user does not claim any copyright or IP rights over the uploaded data.

18. Jurisdiction for disputes lies solely with courts in Mumbai, India.

19. Disputes shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
